great blog update! as always, i really love the photos.

a week ago i went to a raw food seminar and learned some delicious ways to eat raw food. however, shopping for such foods is expensive here, especially if you want organic produce. maybe you and eric could investigate raw cuisine and incorporate some of the ideas into your diet. that's what i'm working on doing. you could eliminate - or reduce - the more expensive grocery items and still be healthy.

i met two women who have been eating 100% raw for 6 full years, and their health is superb. i would have thought that a raw plant diet would lead to a protein deficiency, but am learning that is just not true.

what is cherimoya? how about some pictures of it?
